Tax refund fees
taxdoctor's fee is based on a percentage of any refund that we manage to obtain on your behalf. It also depends on how much work we've got to do for you. Make sense? We think so. It all comes down to whether you've got the necessary documents from your employer, the magic P60 or P45.

Whichever service you need taxdoctor only charges when a refund is obtained so there is nothing to pay upfront. What's more if there's no refund there's no fee - ever! In order to make sure we cover our costs a minimum fee of £40 applies to our tax refund service, don't worry you'll only pay this if we get you a refund.

So if you've got your P45's and P60's from all employers then taxdoctor's fee will be just 10% of any refund obtained, or a minimum charge of £40, whichever is higher.
If you're missing documents for a particular tax year then we've got a lot more work to do. We'll have to contact your previous employers to get hold of the required information. As a result our fee will be more. Our fee for this service is 12.5% of any refund obtained, or a minimum fee of £40, whichever is higher.
