1. We get information from you
We need to collect some personal information from you such as your name, address and details about the jobs you've had.
You then need to sign a couple of letters, which allow us to deal with HMRC on your behalf. You can either print these or request a pack in the post.
These letters then need to get posted back to us in the freepost envelope provided in the pack (or any envelope if you downloaded the letters)
