2. We go to work on your case
We take over now and begin work on your case. It's a bit like putting together a big jigsaw puzzle with your jobs being the individual pieces.
If there are any documents missing then we need to write to the relevant employers to try and obtain copies from them.
Once we have all the relevant documents then it's time to submit everything to HM Revenue & Customs.
