3. We submit your tax refund claim to HMRC
Once we have all the necessary documents for your claim and your jigsaw looks complete it's then time to make the submission to HM Revenue and Customs.
From this point average turnaround time is somewhere between 6-8 weeks. This is just an average though and it greatly depends on postal backlogs within HMRC. They may also come back to us and ask some further questions which can sometimes delay claims.
