5. We obtain your tax refund
Once HMRC is happy everything adds up and you are due a refund they will make payment by cheque directly to us. We bank this cheque into our dedicated client's account and wait for it to clear. This usually takes about 3-5 working days.
We'll get in touch with you at this point to let you know that your money is nearly home. You will also receive a calculation directly from HMRC informing you of the total amount recovered.
We then deduct our fee and pay the rest over to you via your desired method of payment.
The next stage is the fun bit.
